Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts related to small business lending, referral partnerships, broker arrangements, marketing initiatives, and IT software services.
- Guide internal business units and leadership on deal negotiation, risk evaluation, structuring strategies, and finalizing commercial transactions.
- Lead the creation and negotiation of commercial contracts with third-party vendors, brokers, referral partners, and software providers.
- Oversee the vendor management platform, including onboarding processes, yearly audits, risk evaluations, and regulatory compliance reviews.
- Revise, sustain, and conduct annual updates to standardized contract templates and procedural playbooks.
- Administer the full contract lifecycle, covering approval workflows, renewal schedules, and termination procedures.
- Manage conflicts and resolve disputes arising from commercial contracts.
Compensation
$165,000-$210,000 salary; eligible for bonus, 401(k) match, health benefits, and additional incentives
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — 3 days per week in office (San Diego or Atlanta), 2 days remote
