Jobgether is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to guide brands through a seamless setup and launch process for global commerce solutions. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and logistics partners, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives in our collaborative, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end implementation process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and logistics stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
- Understand each customer’s goals and challenges to design tailored shipping and integration strategies.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, keeping timelines, deliverables, and tasks organized.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and partner teams to drive a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improve internal tools, templates, and processes to enhance implementation efficiency.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling technical conversations, integrations, and fulfillment workflows.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and focused on customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
