The Accelerated Agency is hiring an Implementation Manager

The Accelerated Agency is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead multiple product implementations across the country. You will ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience with the installation and use of our products within their facilities, successfully transitioning sites to clinical success managers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time, on-cost, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from sales handoff and scoping through implementation, training, and post-implementation support.
• Manage operational relationships with key customer stakeholders as the primary point of contact for implementation engagements.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Drive improvements within the end-to-end implementation process, leveraging lean tools such as value-stream mapping.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
• Proven experience managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions, ideally within health-tech or high-tech.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Know-how of lean tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 80% on short notice for customer engagements.

Nice to Have

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 + eligibility for equity awards in the form of stock options.
