Responsibilities
- Lead visits to client sites to automate inventory management through the use of drones.
- Prepare for deployments and provide continued customer support, including ticket management and issue troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the Development team to ensure smooth and streamlined drone deployments.
- Handle implementation aspects including warehouse mapping, drone calibration and testing, documentation, client training, and continued support.
- Serve as the face of the company to ensure client satisfaction with the product and support provided.
