Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for an Implementation Engineer to help our clients integrate and optimize their CRM systems with our platform. You will work directly with customers to implement, test, and validate solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and reliable performance for educational and non-profit organizations.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers and partners to understand technical requirements and map solutions to platform capabilities.
- Implement, configure, and validate integrations between customer CRMs and the platform, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Develop, automate, and monitor ETL workflows across various systems and platforms.
- Assist with security and SSO integration, collaborating with customer security teams to meet technical requirements.
- Document and enforce system designs, standards, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide guidance to improve implementation processes, customer documentation, and support protocols.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to research technical challenges and recommend product or integration enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers to implement CRM integrations.
- Strong proficiency with SQL databases and AWS technologies (Appflow, Airflow, Glue Athena, S3, ECS, Cognito, Cloudwatch).
- Experience writing and modifying SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Familiarity with fundraising CRMs such as Blackbaud, Ellucian, Salesforce, or similar, with a strong understanding of CRM data models.
- Development or scripting experience with SFTP, APIs, SDKs, and ETL processes.
- Ability to debug custom solutions down to API calls and handle JSON data effectively.
- Experience implementing and configuring LDAP and SSO integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, team-oriented problem solver with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Major Gifts fundraising processes is a plus.
