Jobgether is hiring an Implementation Consultant to ensure the successful onboarding of enterprise clients and transform their data into actionable insights. In this remote role based in India, you will combine software implementation, project coordination, and advanced reporting to drive client success.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle CRM/ERP software implementation projects for client organizations ranging from 5 to 500 users.
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective platform solutions.
- Configure systems, deliver training, and ensure smooth adoption of software solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Create and deliver data-driven insights, reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Support client requests and troubleshooting via ticketing systems, providing clear guidance and resolution.
- Assist in internal knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill colleagues on reporting and analytics best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation or consulting within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as DevExpress, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Excel, MS Access, MySQL, or similar.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data visualization concepts.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for client engagements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HTML and templating languages (e.g., Handlebars or Mustache) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or technical training preferred.
- Experience in event, venue, or exhibition industries is a plus but not required.
