Responsibilities
- Lead Client Implementation Projects: Own the Project Lifecycle: Act as the primary Project Manager for the implementation phase, taking clients from point-of-sale to a fully operational, live product.
- Scope & Design Workflows: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to map out the client's current procurement/financial processes and translate them into custom, optimized Precoro workflows.
- Data Migration Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and technical alignment, helping clients map and migrate their existing data (vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs) into Precoro.
- Drive Go-Live Accountability: Keep both internal teams and client-side stakeholders on track with strict deadlines, managing risks and unblocking technical dependencies.
- Enablement & Change Management: Strategic Product Walkthroughs: Deliver high-impact interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for key client stakeholders, enabling them to operate the platform independently.
- Build Knowledge Assets: Create tactical, highly structured enablement resources (deployment playbooks, configuration guides, short video воркфлоус) to standardize the implementation process.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate technical blockers and translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) for daily complex business negotiations.
- Strong Project Management & Scoping skills: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, control deadlines, and mitigate scope creep.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets on a high level to structure, validate, and map client metrics and data.
- Change Management Mindset: The ability to handle user resistance, simplify complex system logic, and guide corporate clients through process transformations.
- Problem-Solving Ownership: A natural curiosity to reverse-engineer technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams when complex setups (API/Integrations) require attention.
