Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training and development opportunities to support team growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs using relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports on engagement activities and their impact on team performance.
- Identify and address barriers to effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops and events to promote team building and knowledge sharing.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new team members feel welcomed and integrated.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement policies that support a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in engagement, human resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful engagement programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with training and development initiatives.
