Rackspace is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Global Enterprise Security and Automation team, part of the Corporate Functions - CTO & Strategy organization.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access management solutions.
- Automate IAM processes to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM controls across the global infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to identity-related security events and access requests.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, directory services, and privilege management.
- Experience with scripting and automation for security and access lifecycle management.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team environment.

You will be part of the Global Enterprise Security and Automation team within Corporate Functions - CTO & Strategy.
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position based in Gurgaon, India.
