Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding, role change, and offboarding procedures in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring all access modifications are logged and traceable.
- Administer access permissions for both internal and external users across company and external applications.
- Orchestrate access review cycles in SailPoint, covering planning, testing, deployment, stakeholder coordination, and removal of unauthorized access.
- Oversee the IAM support workflow, including ticket queue, email inbox, and Slack communications, delivering prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct daily monitoring of SailPoint system jobs, identifying and resolving failures or anomalies proactively.
- Assist in audit readiness by compiling documentation and preparing responses for internal and external auditors.
- Support the SailPoint SaaS rollout by integrating applications, configuring connectors, designing workflows, and validating system setups.
- Collaborate with business units to define and roll out role-based access control frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data processing, generate reports, and support reconciliation tasks.
- Design and implement REST API integrations linking SailPoint with Active Directory, Workday, and external platforms.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process enhancements with a focus on automation to minimize manual intervention.
- Evaluate and apply automation tools and emerging AI technologies to streamline IAM operations and reduce manual workload.
- Support the creation and maintenance of team documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational playbooks.
