MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. You'll deliver high-quality service with a safety-first mentality and a ‘no problem’ attitude for our clients in the Northwest US.
What You'll Do
- Perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on commercial package gas and electric units, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and associated components.
- Commit to safety and quality with a safety-first mentality on every job.
- Provide detailed communication and partnership to keep your team and customer informed and build trusting relationships.
- Adopt a ‘no problem’ service mentality to resolve situations effectively.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of delivering thorough, quality service in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Expertise leveraging resources to tackle complex repairs.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- All applicable licenses of the trade.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $25 - $70 per hour paid in accordance with the union wage scale.
- Benefits are administered by the Union.
Work Mode
This is a local-city position with work locations in the Northwest US.
