Urrly is looking for a HubSpot Revenue & Operations Specialist to own HubSpot from day one and build the revenue engine for our fast-growing, PE-backed professional services organization. This is a net-new role where you will design, clean, and scale a brand new enterprise HubSpot instance.
What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals.
- Build and optimize automated workflows.
- Manage pipeline stages and enforce CRM discipline.
- Build dashboards for MBRs and QBRs.
- Track conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline coverage.
- Automate lead routing, lifecycle updates, and alerts.
- Audit pipeline and flag risks early.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops.
- Advanced HubSpot experience (Enterprise preferred).
- Built multi-step HubSpot workflows from scratch.
- Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
- Experience automating lead routing and assignment rules.
- Built reporting dashboards used by leadership.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics.
- High attention to data accuracy.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems.
- Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience in SaaS or professional services.

You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with the SVP of Business Development, Head of Marketing, SVP of Enterprise Sales, business unit leaders, and the CEO.
