About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR reports and dashboards that provide visibility into workforce metrics and trends. The analyst will work closely with HR teams to interpret data and deliver meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized HR reports and analytical dashboards
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple HR systems
- Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with HR partners to understand reporting needs and requirements
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR metrics
- Support ad hoc data requests from HR and business leaders
- Translate business questions into analytical projects
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain documentation for reporting logic and data sources
- Apply data governance principles to HR information
- Present findings to HR stakeholders in clear and concise formats
- Track key HR metrics including turnover, headcount, and diversity
- Support HR projects with data-driven insights
- Stay current with best practices in HR analytics and reporting tools
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Certification in data analytics or HR metrics
- Advanced skills in Power BI including DAX and data modeling
- Experience with People Analytics platforms
- Knowledge of organizational network analysis
