CoverGo is seeking an HR Intern for an immediate, fully remote position. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll join our international HR team and contribute to various functions across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Provide general HR support as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, initiative-taking mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
