Cyprus College Limassol, part of European University Cyprus, is looking for an HR Administrator to deliver seamless administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function. This role ensures precise execution of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, upholds compliance, and helps maintain efficient, high-quality HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, escalating complex matters when required.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Administer data of employment, including contracts and termination paperwork.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Coordinate probation reviews, contract renewals, and employee status changes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and standard practices.
- Liaise with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll data.
- Support HR audits, internal reviews, and statutory reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR operations role.
- Working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience within a multinational or complex organization.
