BRF is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is central to ensuring smooth HR operations, from initial recruitment through to offboarding.
What You'll Do
- Act in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Act in the onboarding process by checking documentation and registering employees.
- Manage benefits enrollment and changes, receive and distribute benefits, handle inquiries, and support contract management.
- Act in the offboarding process by printing termination documents and processing work card cancellations.
- Support the payroll process by managing time clock adjustments and communicating deadlines.
- Register and guide the registration of medical certificates, disciplinary measures, leaves, and child support.
- Communicate the need for vacation/leave registration and guide managers on the process.
- Draft various declarations for employees and managers.
- Provide information on labor routines, inquiries, and opening support tickets.
- Generate reports and information to support Business Partners in analysis and decision-making.
