Process Pro Consulting is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor (Temporary) to lead daily operations for the Housekeeping team in Telluride, Colorado. You will ensure service standards are met with warmth and professionalism, responding to guest concerns and communicating priorities to colleagues. This is a temporary position through August 2026 with potential for extension or permanence.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met.
Clean and inspect residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
Respond swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams.
Communicate daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Weekend work is required.

Nice to Have

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
