Evernorth (Cigna Health Solutions India Private Limited) is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Application Development Analyst) to design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work to translate user needs into functional and visually compelling designs that make a real difference in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Analyze user feedback and activity to improve the user experience
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in UX design
- Bachelor's degree in related technical or business areas or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Provide a portfolio of your projects; personal projects are acceptable
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
