The ideal candidate will collaborate with Service Designers, Business Analysts, and engineering teams to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences within governance, work arrangement, data management, or AI-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications - Translate service blueprints into actionable UX experiences - Collaborate with Business Analysts to integrate logic and requirements - Participate in research, usability testing, and iterative design processes - Work within established design principles and team frameworks - Adapt to evolving project scopes and workstreams Preferred Candidate Profile: - Demonstrated experience designing UX for digital products/complex workflows - Advanced interaction design and prototyping capabilities - Ability to transform service-level concepts into detailed user experiences - Preferential consideration for candidates with enterprise/governance product experience - Strong communication skills in multidisciplinary team environments - Comfort with dynamic requirements and ambiguous project briefs Team Collaboration Approach: We strongly encourage applications from candidates who have previously collaborated effectively in consistent teams or pods.
