Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s hiring strategy
- Partner with the founder and hiring managers on workforce planning
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team
- Lead hiring for key and leadership roles
- Build strong pipelines across engineering, product, data, operations, and growth functions
- Use technology and AI to constantly increase efficiency and effectiveness across the TA journey
- Implement recruiting KPIs and scalable hiring processes
- Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure smooth people operations across contracts, documentation, and HR systems
- Implement scalable HR tools and people processes
- Build and continuously improve a strong performance management framework
- Establish career development and progression paths
- Implement compensation and leveling frameworks
- Support managers with feedback, development, and team performance
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, team structure, and scaling strategy
- Strengthen FINN’s culture and values as we scale
- Design initiatives that strengthen collaboration across a distributed team
- Partner with leadership to drive performance and accountability
- Implement engagement and feedback systems
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Talent or People in fast-growing companies
- Experience scaling organizations from 50 → 200 employees
- Absolute excellence and constant drive to improve in talent acquisition
- Experience in building people operations processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in remote or multi-country environments (SEA a plus)
