Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the 18-month product roadmap for your tribe while contributing to the broader product direction.
- Align four squads under a unified mission, defining objectives, key results, and operational scope.
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 12 product professionals, including product managers, owners, data specialists, analysts, and a GenAI expert, while collaborating with design and research partners.
- Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to establish end-to-end product processes, including discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Structure and manage balanced discovery and delivery cycles every three months.
- Promote and ensure consistent application of product methodologies across all squads.
- Advocate for user needs and lead a culture focused on mobile-first design, measurable impact, and value creation.
- Participate in vertical leadership forums and escalate critical decisions to the Chief Product Officer.
- Act as the public representative of your tribe in company-wide and external communications.
