Xero is looking for a Head of Product (Mobile) to define and lead the strategic direction for our mobile platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving a vision that aligns with Xero's global mission to support small businesses.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Xero's mobile platform
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch high-quality mobile experiences
- Establish key success metrics and use data to inform product decisions and prioritization
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or Head of Product for a consumer or SMB-focused mobile application
- Strong track record of developing and executing a product strategy that drove significant business impact
- Expertise in product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
