Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of marketing performance and growth targets.
- Centralize and manage external agencies across performance marketing, SEO, content, PR, and brand.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own marketing budgets, channel prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Define KPIs for agencies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions on scaling and optimization.
- Design and build the internal marketing team structure and hiring roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic partner in business growth.
Requirements
- Senior marketing leader at the level of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / CMO.
- Proven experience leading marketing or growth functions in marketplaces or complex B2C / B2B2C products with clear unit economics.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and channel efficiency.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and coordinating multiple agencies simultaneously.
- Ability to challenge agencies and make decisions grounded in data.
- Broad marketing expertise across paid acquisition, SEO, content, PR, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience building or strong motivation to build and lead an internal marketing team.
- Strong ownership mindset and focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE.
Team
Structure: CMO-level leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and executive team.
