What You'll Do
- Work closely with management to scale the agency.
- Build, optimize, and own internal structures and processes.
- Lead, develop, and expand the team.
- Take responsibility for sales processes and customer development.
- Co-shape marketing and recruiting strategies, with a focus on Performance Marketing.
- Act entrepreneurially in day-to-day business, focusing on growth and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Concrete leadership experience in a relevant field such as marketing, agency, or sales.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and recruiting trends.
- Sales strength, drive, and a genuine feel for people and team leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, implementation strength, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Residence in Hamburg or willingness to work regularly on-site in the office.
- Ability to represent our values, culture, and quality both internally and externally.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of 51-200 employees and work in close collaboration with the management team, reporting directly to them. We live a mix of creativity, strategy, and consulting.
