- Strong experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology-driven company.
- Demonstrated success with lean methodologies.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or global operations.
- Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational analytics.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience leading customer support and field technician teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English
