Jerry.ai is hiring a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth to lead the scaling of our core insurance business. In this high-impact role, you will own the systems, strategy, and execution behind our quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier relationships to drive marketplace growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience.
- Ensure ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research.
- 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm like McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group.
- A track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams.
