Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the performance and expansion of the IB division in Thailand, meeting all financial and growth objectives.
- Create and implement a strategic plan designed specifically for the Thai market to drive results.
- Actively seek growth opportunities, resolve obstacles, and deliver tangible progress to support sustained market development.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to meet personal and collective targets.
- Define clear and trackable KPIs for the department, regularly assess performance, and provide direction or adjustments to ensure goals are met.
- Design and execute strategic efforts to attract new partners and deepen relationships with current ones.
- Work closely with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, Compliance, and other departments to align initiatives affecting market outcomes.
- Evaluate partner performance, market trends, and key metrics to uncover areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain high-value, lasting relationships with partners to unlock their full potential.
- Leverage data insights to guide decisions, refine strategies, and improve team effectiveness.
