EnCharge AI is seeking a Hardware Technical Writer to join our team. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for creating precise technical documentation for our AI hardware. Your primary focus will be collaborating with engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation for engineers and customers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal Architecture, Analog, and Digital Design Engineering Teams to gather information for technical documents
- Write design specifications, user manuals, and datasheets for AI Hardware
- Review and revise architecture specifications, conference papers, and integration guides
- Produce Government reports, Integration Guides, and SDK User Manuals
- Translate complex ASIC or VLSI concepts into clear and concise documentation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing
- Proven experience writing technical design specifications, user manuals, and datasheets
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Engineering teams to gather technical information
- Specific experience in Technical Writing for ASIC or VLSI teams
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers to ensure accuracy
- Proficiency with tools such as Markdown, LaTeX, and Microsoft Word

- Work experience in Technical Writing for Artificial Intelligence companies

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50 to $55 USD per hour
