Shiftmove is hiring a GTM Senior Data & Analytics Manager (f/m/d) to join our Revenue Operations team. You will sit at the intersection of data science, BI analytics, and SaaS GTM strategy, owning the Tableau platform end-to-end and driving our BI strategy forward. We are a profitable, high-growth company generating more than €60M in ARR and backed by a leading private-equity firm.
What You'll Do
- Own Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server/Cloud): build, optimize, and govern dashboards; establish best practices; ensure performance and scalability.
- Drive Tableau adoption and enable trust in reporting across all GTM teams, from executives to front-line managers.
- Own end-to-end GTM analytics (funnel, pipeline, conversion, churn/retention, CARR, NRR, GRR, LTV/CAC) and apply techniques like predictive modeling, cohort analysis, segmentation, and forecasting.
- Run deep-dives into Sales performance trends, identify leading vs. lagging indicators, and translate findings into clear business stories and recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with Data Engineers on pipelines and models across Salesforce, marketing automation, finance, and product usage; ensure data quality and governance within a modern data stack.
- Define the BI strategy, align KPIs with GTM priorities, mentor analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate needs and proactively deliver insights.
What We're Looking For
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in BI, Data Science, or GTM analytics.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS go-to-market KPIs across the full customer lifecycle.
- Proven ability to own Tableau dashboards end-to-end, including design, optimization, performance, and governance.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of dbt and modern ETL/ELT tools, with experience building and maintaining data models and pipelines.
- Ability to use Python or R for analysis, modeling, automation, or advanced statistical workflows.
- Excellent ability to translate complex SaaS KPIs and data insights into clear, compelling stories for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead from the front, drive cross-functional alignment, and inspire confidence in data-driven decisions.
- Must have worked directly with GTM Metrics in previous roles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with predictive modeling, clustering, regression techniques, and time-series forecasting in practical business contexts.
