WatchGuard Technologies is looking for a GTM Engineer to be a key technical partner in optimizing our go-to-market operations. You will bridge the gap between our sales, marketing, and business systems teams to ensure our technology stack effectively supports revenue growth and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between core GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement)
- Analyze and optimize data flows to ensure accuracy and accessibility for sales and marketing teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the GTM tech stack and provide solutions to support business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical implementations
- Document system configurations, processes, and data models
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering and configuring Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes and the technology ecosystems that support them
- Experience with data management, ETL processes, and API integrations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying system improvements
