Responsibilities
- Lead preparation for field teams ahead of product releases by collaborating with product marketing, product, and subject matter experts to deliver actionable, outcome-driven enablement.
- Design role-based learning paths that transform product knowledge into practical skills for customer-facing roles, using and enhancing existing materials as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date product expertise across the field through scheduled enablement sessions, certification programs, and recurring curriculum updates.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and field teams to align training content with current product direction and real-world feedback, while surfacing insights on effectiveness and gaps.

Location
Remote position. Candidates in New York should expect in-person meetings every 2-3 weeks. Those near Temporal hubs in Seattle, San Francisco, or Atlanta may choose to cowork occasionally based on team needs.
Travel
Approximately 20% travel required for company-wide and team events.
