Mindera is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue goals across the customer lifecycle. You will focus on building brand awareness, generating leads, and analyzing performance to help us grow.
What You'll Do
- Position Mindera as an expert in the AI and tech space through owned and earned content.
- Identify speaking or publication opportunities and contribute to industry conversations.
- Build and engage a community of followers, clients, and potential partners on social and professional platforms.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that builds brand awareness, showcases expertise, and educates the target audience.
- Create and manage a content calendar covering thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to extract insights and turn them into compelling stories.
- Organise and coordinate local or global events when necessary.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives to attract and convert B2B leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, partnerships, and content distribution.
- Identify and test new channels or tactics to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with pipeline generation goals.
- Track and report on KPIs for content performance and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and report on effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools where applicable.
- Utilize and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology to streamline workflows, personalize communications, and scale efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pipedrive, CRM dashboards).
- Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Solid understanding and practical experience across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience preferably within a B2B SaaS, IT consulting, or technology company.
