At Thesis Inc., we're building Mezo to create new forms of personal finance that can be tailored to individual needs, putting people in control of how they use Bitcoin in everyday life. As a Growth Designer on Mezo, you'll be central to growing the product by understanding funnels, metrics, and meaningful storytelling, working closely with marketing, brand, and cross-functional product leads.

What You'll Do

Support the entire Go-to-Market team across customer acquisition, conversion, and retention product journeys.
Design and iterate on key acquisition flows, funnels, and tools that drive growth, balancing business goals and user needs.
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, content strategists, marketing, and data scientists to design, test, and launch user-facing experiences.
Shape Mezo's product narrative and visual aesthetic by collaborating closely with brand and product designers.
Make informed, data-backed design decisions using research, customer insights, usability principles, and performance metrics.
Contribute to our design system (Mezo Clay) to ensure everything we create is accessible, cohesive, and brand-aligned.
Identify growth opportunities, propose A/B tests, and stay current with design and industry trends.
Master Mezo's product suite and customer needs while exploring AI/ML developments that could enhance our growth strategy.
Champion human-centered design principles across growth-related projects, helping users make progress toward their goals.
Take full ownership of your work from concept to launch.
Grow your skills as part of a talented, supportive design team that values open feedback and unified customer experiences.
Conduct benchmark studies and conversion analysis while partnering with our data insights team on ongoing research projects.

What We're Looking For

5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
Experience designing onboarding journeys, product demos, or other growth-related domains.
Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
Experience designing and prototyping product features from zero to one.
Work samples showcasing your problem-solving skills in a collaborative setting, with learnings and outcomes that signal a growth outlook.

Nice to Have

An ability to simplify and explain complex problems and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep curiosity about how things work, such as front end frameworks and component libraries.
Experience with A/B testing, or designing in analytical/data-driven contexts.
Skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and seek feedback to help you produce your best work.
Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders regularly.
Desire for working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow.
