EWOR GmbH is looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Engineering to build and run your own GreenTech startup within our fellowship program. You will be supported with a salary or funding, intensive coaching, and resources to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and raise significant funding.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as GreenTech.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing machine.
- Receive coaching in making your startup 'investible', ready to raise millions in funding.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language.
