Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and mitigate security and compliance risks that may hinder customer onboarding, resolving issues independently.
- Design and manage a Third Party Risk Management program to ensure all user devices meet established security standards.
- Develop a defined strategy for contractor virtual environments, maintaining alignment with security policies.
- Initiate and document risk assessments with thorough research and verifiable evidence to support conclusions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting scalable revenue growth.
- Work across departments to lead intricate enterprise-level negotiations while ensuring adherence to compliance and security frameworks.
- Build standardized processes for converting outbound leads into successful sales, including demo delivery and closing, to strengthen sales team performance and training.
- Lead initiatives to grow revenue systematically by improving demo-to-sale conversion rates and managing high-value, complex sales cycles.
