This position is for a creative professional who can lead design initiatives, guide junior designers, and produce effective web and graphic assets that support business objectives and uphold brand integrity in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts for digital and packaging projects based on brand direction, marketing requirements, and user experience principles
- Design and adapt packaging for various product lines using existing brand templates, ensuring consistency while introducing innovative variations for new product releases
- Produce digital design elements for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional content that engage audiences and drive conversion
- Ensure a cohesive and strong visual identity across all design outputs, aligning with brand standards and marketing goals
- Create and refine core brand elements such as logos, icons, color schemes, typography, and layout structures
- Turn marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns that enhance brand value and support revenue growth
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers, offering clear feedback and creative guidance to improve output quality and workflow efficiency
- Stay current with emerging design trends, creative formats, and audience behaviors to keep the brand modern and competitive
- Design and build responsive, high-performing web pages with a mobile-first focus, optimizing layout, navigation, and performance for mobile users
- Work with marketing, media, and copywriting teams to create and refine eCommerce landing pages that convert well across devices
- Apply UX/UI best practices to develop visually appealing, intuitive, and high-performing layouts
- Build reusable page templates and modular design systems to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Ensure all web-based assets meet standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and fast loading times
- Oversee the production of promotional web content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and on-time delivery
- Evaluate and improve the work of junior designers through constructive feedback that elevates both creativity and execution
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and web design
- Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first UX/UI design, including optimization of layouts, images, and performance for smaller screens
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, feedback, and updates in a remote, cross-functional setting
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experienced in using digital collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Wrike
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience in mobile-first design projects is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI tools to support creative workflows, such as generating layout options, assisting with copy, or automating production tasks
- Openness to learning and integrating new AI tools to enhance design quality and productivity
