Nacar is looking for a Graphic Designer (Production & Illustration) to join our global creative agency. You will be responsible for creating detailed vector artwork and preparing high-quality files for various outputs, with a strong focus on brand consistency and efficient workflows.

What You'll Do

Create precise, high-quality vector illustrations, icons, and production assets using Adobe Illustrator.
Manage and optimize complex, layered Photoshop files (100+ layers) with a focus on non-destructive editing.
Deliver production-ready files across print, digital, and merchandise formats.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to refine designs, meet project goals, and maintain quality standards.
Organize assets for efficient workflows—layer structure, file naming, and exporting.
Stay informed on emerging design trends and AI tools to enhance creative output.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, and production.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Portfolio showcasing strong vector-based illustration and layered file work.
Experience in production design (print, web, branding assets).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects.
Age: 40 or younger (as per client preference).

Nice to Have

Background in branding, packaging, or advertising.
Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects is a bonus.
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.
