NRG is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to drive the strategic visual communication for our B2B marketing organization. You will serve as the lead designer for enterprise-level campaigns, sales enablement materials, and digital experiences supporting commercial, industrial, SMB, and broker channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of multichannel B2B marketing assets, including sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, infographics, landing pages, digital ads, emails, social assets, and event materials.
- Translate complex energy offerings like pricing, risk management, and sustainability solutions into visually engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Partner with marketing managers, product teams, copywriters, and sales leadership to develop visual systems for campaigns and programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of NRG’s business portfolio and ensure visual alignment across commodities and markets.
- Rapidly iterate design concepts based on performance data, user insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to create A/B testable assets that improve performance across paid media, email, and web.
- Uphold and evolve NRG brand standards, ensuring consistency and governance across all channels.
- Support leadership by developing executive-quality presentations, templates, toolkits, and guidelines.
- Manage production files, version control, and asset delivery using systems like AEM DAM and Workfront.
- Provide art direction for photo/video projects as needed.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative feedback to elevate output quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- 8+ years professional design experience, with at least 5 years supporting B2B marketing or commodities-focused industries like energy, utilities, or financial services.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Demonstrated experience producing high-volume, enterprise-level creative under tight timelines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual problem-solving, B2B marketing work, and complex storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and collaborating with digital marketing, UX, and analytics teams.
- Proven ability to communicate creative concepts to senior stakeholders and present design rationale.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the energy sector or commodity‑based B2B industries.
