Voyage Privé is hiring a Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

About the Role

Voyage Privé is looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our Design team. You will be instrumental in translating our brand vision into compelling, scalable digital experiences. You will design coherent visual universes at the crossroads of Art Direction, Brand Design, and UX thinking, with a focus on business objectives and user journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Fully embrace the new branding and translate it into strong, coherent visual universes, especially during major commercial moments.
  • Bring a high-level Art Direction vision, ensuring consistency between brand expression, performance goals, and user experience.
  • Support the Brand Design Manager on key strategic initiatives, including contributing to the evolution of Voyage Privé’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in the creation, rollout, and adoption of a comprehensive brand book for internal teams and external partners.
  • Understand UX principles and user journey challenges and integrate them into your creative decisions.
  • Design and produce web pages, including on WordPress (or other No Code tools) with a UX mindset: clarity, hierarchy, usability, and performance.
  • Prepare clean, structured design files (Figma, assets, specs) to ensure smooth collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
  • Co-develop the design system in collaboration with Product teams.
  • Autonomously translate the design system into digital assets: landing pages, acquisition formats, CRM and email visuals, e-commerce and social media assets.
  • Propose and implement automation solutions (no-code tools, templating, AI, workflows) to scale production, industrialize time-consuming assets, and improve consistency.
  • Maintain an active creative, digital, and technological watch, especially around AI and emerging tools.
  • Manage a high volume of deliverables with a high level of autonomy: Display, social media, CRM, website, OOH/DOOH, TV, etc.
  • Own your production roadmap, prioritize efficiently, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control and validate visuals before publication.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency and/or in-house design role.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and art direction work.
  • A solid understanding of web, e-commerce, and social media design challenges.
  • A strong UX and user journey culture, applied to digital design.
  • Excellent command of: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere / After Effects), Figma and Canva.
  • Strong expertise in typography and design systems.
  • High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient level in English.
