The Quality Group (TQG) is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing print media for the B2B sector and various online media, advancing the ESN brand and shaping its presence at the point of sale.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement POS materials for retail and gyms, including displays, wobblers, shelf stoppers, stands, and banners.
- Create print-ready layouts on die-cut templates.
- Visualize 3D mockups for POS advertising materials and displays.
- Create multi-page product catalogs and sales folders for the field sales team.
- Optionally apply shopper marketing know-how to optimize target group communication at the POS.
- Design and conceptualize print products like flyers, posters, and roll-ups.
- Create appealing food and product compositions.
- Work with Photoshop for image retouching, cut-outs, and more.
- Contribute to other projects such as online media and everyday tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree or training in graphic, media, or communication design.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Knowledge of printing processes and preparing print data.
- Experience in creating layouts on die-cut contours, especially for displays and POS materials.
- Proficient in 3D visualizations of POS materials/mockups using Adobe Photoshop or 3D tools.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Independent, structured work approach with high standards for your work.
- Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
- Good eye for high-quality images, colors, typography, and appealing food compositions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, FMCG, or retail sector.
- Optional know-how in shopper marketing.
