Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design of all email marketing and landing page initiatives, ensuring mobile responsiveness, brand alignment, and performance focus
- Develop effective layouts and partner with lifecycle marketing teams to experiment with new design formats, calls to action, and narrative techniques
- Create additional visual assets as required to support marketing and product needs
- Work closely with email specialists and senior creative staff to execute campaigns, product rollouts, and seasonal promotions
- Turn strategic objectives into compelling digital experiences that boost user retention, interaction, and daily income
- Handle a steady flow of design requests with shifting priorities, delivering high-quality work quickly and accurately
- Maintain and improve design systems, templates, and digital asset libraries for consistency, efficiency, and scalability
