About the Role

Scale Army is hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling, conversion-focused digital assets across landing pages, marketing emails, and display advertising. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, UI/UX, and performance, translating brand direction and campaign goals into high-performing designs that engage users and drive action.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-converting landing pages and marketing emails with a strong UI/UX focus, ensuring intuitive user journeys and clear calls-to-action.
  • Apply design psychology and UX principles to guide users toward engagement and conversion.
  • Create static and carousel ads for platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic networks.
  • Develop visually striking display ads aligned with brand identity, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
  • Adapt creative for different placements, formats, and aspect ratios.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, media teams, and account strategists to concept, design, and refine campaign creative.
  • Design assets for A/B and multivariate testing, using performance data to guide iteration and improvement.
  • Translate creative briefs, campaign goals, and feedback into effective visual solutions.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and campaign types while adapting creative to channel-specific needs.
  • Stay current on trends in digital advertising, UX patterns, and design psychology to continuously elevate creative performance.
  • Autonomously interpret brand direction and deliver designs aligned with business objectives and user needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of professional experience in digital advertising or performance-focused design.
  • Experience designing landing pages, marketing emails, and display ads with a strong UI/UX orientation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-focused design.
  • Deep knowledge of digital ad formats, platform specifications, and engagement drivers across major paid media platforms.
  • Proven ability to design creative that balances aesthetics with performance.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership from brief through execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate feedback into refined designs.
  • Collaborative mindset with comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to work Central Time hours.
  • Strong command of English for clear communication and collaboration.

  • Agency experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
