SKELAR is hiring a Graphic Designer to strengthen our communications team and support the scaling business infrastructure of our partner company, TENTENS Tech. In this role, you will develop creative visual solutions across a wide range of internal and external communications.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative visual solutions for internal and external communications in both static and dynamic formats, including social media, presentations, video, and web.
- Create and maintain brand style, event design, merchandise, and printed products.
- Participate in scenario planning and the generation of creative ideas.
- Implement and support design systems within the corporate style.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and coordinate freelance designers as needed.
- Edit animated videos, reels, podcasts, and promotional videos.
What We're Looking For
- From 1 year (or 6 months of freelance) experience in Graphic Design.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma.
- Ability to work with AI tools like Midjourney and other generative services.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of branding work.
- Creative thinking and a refined aesthetic sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Flexibility in working with different styles, requests, and formats.
