Nucor is looking for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping our visual identity. You will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand design assets across print and digital channels, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency throughout the company's communications. What You'll Do

Create compelling, on-brand design assets across print and digital channels.
Support marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency throughout the company's communications.
Produce designs that create generous and remarkable materials from pre-press through completion.
Work in collaboration with others to help maintain the visual image and standards of the organization.
Uphold and evolve brand standards.
Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 4-7 years of related experience.
Ability to provide a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
Understanding of digital ad specifications, responsive design, and basic UX principles.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
Solid foundational visual design skills – e.g., typography, layout, color, and information hierarchy.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Creative inventor and innovator with the ability to articulate big and breakthrough ideas.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web asset optimization.
Familiarity with marketing automation or CMS platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Illustration skills are a plus.
