Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is hiring a Graphic Designer (3D focus)

We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (3D focus) to work under the supervision of the Graphic Design Leaders to develop innovative design solutions with high visual impact, create print and digital graphics that clearly convey messages, and meet key deadlines for projects. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver digital render solutions for customer facing deliverable. Core functions will be developing packaging, instructions and eComm visuals & image assets from product requirements information and managing brand/item level schedule. Responsibilities - Produce packaging & product related 3D renderings and animations - Setup 3D model, material, rigging, lighting and rendering to achieve consistent visual quality - Consider and apply product requirements to 3D model & digital rendering - Create packaging-related presentation assets - Clip and retouch images - Collaborate with the team to achieve key milestones and delivery dates. - Manage brand/item-level schedules. - Ensure alignment with cross functional teams - Conduct and present trend research - Develop package/instructions layouts based on brand DNA Qualifications / Requirements - Bachelor's degree in 3D, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience - 5+ years’ experience in related industry Skills - Highly proficient in Blender, or any of the 3D generalist software such as Maya, 3Ds Max, C4D or similar… - Experience in at least one of the additional 3D creation toolkits such as Adobe Substance suite, Keyshot, Zbrush. - Strong understanding in 3D/Digital rendering workflow - Strong aesthetics sense in digital imaging including material, lighting & compositing. - Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, Acrobat, Word - Contribute to creative strategy with cross-functional team - Attention to detail with a drive for excellence - Deliver projects from concept to completion - Work independently - Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English - Experience with AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Copilot, Vizcom, Meshy…) is an asset - Organized and multi-tasking - Strong presentation skills - Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments - Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies for improving digital content COMPANY SUMMARY Hasbro is a global play and entertainment company known for iconic franchises such as Transformers, My Little Pony, Peppa Pig, Play-Doh, Power Rangers, Nerf, and Dungeons & Dragons.
