EY is looking for a Graphic Design Supervising Associate to ideate and deliver best-in-class creative work that aligns with our brand and business goals. You will collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to transform strategic concepts into effective collateral across multiple streams.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and design branding materials, including brochures, illustrations, infographics, presentations, proposals, and social media assets.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share creative ideas.
- Provide innovative and effective design concepts with a solution-driven mindset.
- Meet and exceed expectations for aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
- Adhere to EY brand standards for both visual and verbal guidelines.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for applying creativity in a production environment.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and advocate for them within teams and with customers.
- Seamlessly manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Work with minimal supervision and guidance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud.
- Team management experience.
- Strong visual design capability.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills.
