Gordon M. Buitendorp Associates, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Design Specialist to lead brand-forward print and experiential design for educational institutions. As part of our Creative Marketing Agency team, your purpose is to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling that resonates across various platforms.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the creative marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative design for educational institutions and their marketing needs.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling for audiences across print, digital, and educational environments.
- Develop brand systems to inform design decisions throughout creative work, from publications and brochures to campus spaces and digital media campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding and executing creative design from concept through final production.
- Pitch and present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, explaining the strategy behind the creative thinking and design.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaign execution.
- Experience with environmental or experiential design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage deadlines and high production volume.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and clients.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Higher education branding experience.
- Experience supporting integrated digital campaigns.
