Ignite Digital Services is looking for a Graphic Artist Intern to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics for external proposals and transforming complex workflows and processes into clear, engaging visual representations.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality graphics and visual elements for client-facing proposals and presentations.
- Translate workflows, processes, and technical concepts into clear, intuitive graphics.
- Collaborate with proposal managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
- Maintain and organize design assets for easy reuse and scalability.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for proposal layouts and visual storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work in and with Canva to create visually engaging graphics.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, visually appealing graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and set and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with workflow diagrams, process mapping, or infographics.
- Experience with proposal design or corporate communications.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
