TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is seeking recent graduates for its Graduate Technology Leadership Program (GTLP). This is a structured talent development program designed to accelerate your technical expertise and leadership skills through hands-on experience. In the Software & AI Solutions stream, you will complete three distinct 9-month rotations across different teams, working on intelligent systems that create meaningful impact.

What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate within one year or expecting to graduate by August 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4-12 months of relevant professional work, internship, or co-op experience in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, community involvement, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work.
- Takes ownership and initiative in approaching challenges and driving results.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices.
- Strong aptitude for rapidly acquiring new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Adaptable and comfortable working with unfamiliar tools and evolving technical landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Advanced analytical thinking and a systematic approach to solving complex problems.
- Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
