Motorola Solutions is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. You will develop mission-critical mobile applications used by police forces, writing Java and XSLT using our in-house tools to produce Android applications.

What You'll Do

Write Java and XSLT, using our in-house tools to produce Android applications.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, and testing.
Occasionally visit customer sites to understand end user requirements.

What We're Looking For

The ability to satisfy 5 years of UK residency for security clearance.
A minimum of a 2:1 degree in BSc Computing Science, BSc Software Engineering, MSc Software Engineering, or a similar field.
Some experience working with Java.
An excellent general understanding of programming concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
